Through shipping units, Minh Tam - Men's Loafers will deliver and receive payment at the agreed address with customers nationwide.

3. Payment via Onepay:
Payment via Onepay, customers have 3 options:
3.1. Payment by credit/debit card:
Customers choose to pay by credit/debit card, please tick “Credit/Debit Card”, fill in card information including: card number, expiration date and security number, then click “Pay Now”

The bank will send the customer an OTP via registered SMS for authentication. Enter the OTP code and the customer has successfully paid.

3.2. Payment by ATM card/ Bank account:
Customers choose payment by ATM card, tick "ATM Card/ Bank Account"

Then enter the information including Card number, card issue date, cardholder name, check the information and then click "Pay now"

The bank will send the customer an OTP via registered SMS for authentication. Enter the OTP code and the customer has successfully paid.

3.3. Payment by QR code:
Customers can use QR code payment for more convenience. Just click on "QR Payment with Mobile Apps", select the bank.

4. Regulations on refunds when paying online and transferring money:
In case you have successfully purchased and paid online but have excess money, or returned the product, Minh Tam will refund the money to the card you used to pay, within the following time limit:

- For ATM cards and bank transfers: The time for customers to receive a refund is from 7 - 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) from when Minh Tam receives the customer's request. If after the above time, the money is not received, Minh Tam will support contacting the customer's bank to resolve the issue.
- For Visa/Master card/JCB cards: The time for customers to receive a refund is from 7 - 15 working days from when Minh Tam receives the customer's request. If after the above time, the money is not received, Minh Tam will support contacting the customer's bank to resolve the issue.
- For payment by VNPAY QR: Time for customers to receive refund is 3 - 8 days. If after this time the customer does not receive the money, the customer should contact Minh Tam for resolution.

5. Ensure transaction security:
Minh Tam has used services to protect information about the content that sellers post products on menloafers.vn. to ensure transactions are conducted successfully, minimizing risks that may arise.
Buyers should provide complete information (name, address, phone number, email) when purchasing from Minh Tam so that Minh Tam can quickly contact the buyer in case of an error.
In case of home delivery transaction, the buyer should only pay after checking the goods in detail and being satisfied with the product.
When paying online with domestic ATM cards, Visa, Master, buyers should do it themselves and not disclose card information. Menloafers.vn does not store the buyer's card information after payment, but through the system of the affiliated bank, so the customer's card information is absolutely confidential.
In case of errors occurring during the online payment process, Menloafers.vn will be the unit to resolve for the customer within 8 working hours from receiving information from the person making the transaction.
