REFUND POLICY

Minh Tam's refund policy is specifically as follows:

• Customers will be refunded within 14 days.
• Minh Tam supports refunds in Vietnam. In other countries please contact: brian.mitcvn@gmail.com.
• Refund policy is only applicable to unused products. Products must have all accessories and gifts included.
• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Only items purchased directly from Minh Tam - Men's Loafers or authorized retailers are eligible for the warranty and refund program. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned according to their respective return and refund policies.
• Products in promotional programs are only subject to a 1-for-1 warranty policy, not a refund policy.

Minh Tam will warrant manufacturing issues and within 6 months - 1 year if there is any problem with the product, we will send you a replacement (Shipping charges apply).

• Warranty policy is only applied once for original product. Replacement products will not be warranted.
• The quality of any items must be checked when they arrive – please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
• When contacting us to make a warranty claim, you will need to attach at least one high resolution photo/video clearly demonstrating the defect.
• Minh Tam does not warrant and is not responsible for repairing or replacing any products other than those that Minh Tam is selling.
• If the product you purchased is out of stock or discontinued, you will be covered by warranty with a similar product.
  
• Promotional and free products (products given to reviewers and partners) will not be covered by warranty.
